Workspace Rollout Checklist
Use this checklist before introducing Codex Tool to a wider team or production workflow.

Before rollout
A smoother rollout starts with a stable runtime, clear account ownership, and a short list of guides the team should read first.
The goal is not only to enable access, but to make sure people understand how the workspace is supposed to be used.
- General Settings are configured
- Runtime Settings reflect the intended team setup
- Accounts and Codex Sync have been reviewed
- Developer roles and assignments are current
Recommended rollout steps
Introduce the workspace in the same order people will use it: visibility first, then execution, then access and security.
- 1Walk through Dashboard Overview with the team.
- 2Show how Chats and File Manager fit together in daily work.
- 3Explain when only admins should touch runtime and account controls.
- 4Verify that each user can reach their assigned accounts and profile security controls.
- 5Run one test task end to end before broader adoption.
After rollout
Check which parts of the workspace cause confusion and tighten the guide path around those areas.
It is usually better to improve the first-run experience than to rely on people to discover control boundaries on their own.
